Deepening Relationships with God, Family & Community

This is a men's fellowship group who meet on Fridays to read, study, and discuss various topics related to scripture and today's world. This is a diverse group of Christians who seek to share life experiences and individual understanding of scripture to deepen personal relationship with God, their families, each other, and the community. Everyone is welcome to join in as we seek to follow Jesus in both heart and mind. The group meets each Friday 7:00 am at Jonathan's Restaurant (10630 Independence Pointe Pkwy, Matthews).

All are welcome! If you have questions or would like to know more, please contact David Wheeler or Frank Brown, or reach out to the Church Office for contact info.

Beginning April 1, we will be studying "Unafraid" by Adam Hamilton.

United Methodist Men (UMM) is a growing group of faith-centered men. We spiritually encourage men while serving at several local ministries. We build relationships through our mission activities, weekly bible study groups, monthly breakfasts, annual retreats and fund raisers. We serve on 27 separate occasions throughout the year for our Global Impact Mission partners -- Charlotte Rescue Mission, Roof Above, and Hoskins Park Ministries. There are also opportunities to serve older adults and others here in our area through our Handyman Ministry as we help with minor repairs for people that are unable to do the work themselves. If you would like to learn more, please contact Marshall Edwards at 704-451-1783.
