Global Impact is the Christ centered mission ministry of Matthews United Methodist Church providing pathways for all to give, serve, send, pray and partner beyond the walls of the church.

Disaster Relief Response: Ways to Serve/Collection Hub & United in Response: We are UMCOR

GIVE - Global Impact provides the opportunity for Matthews United Methodist Church to support our mission partners. One hundred percent of all Global Impact contributions go to support missions and missionaries beyond the walls of the church.
SERVE - Global Impact desires to provide opportunities for all at MUMC to serve in mission utilizing their gifts, abilities and passions. As a result, we have created a number of local, regional and international options for those connected with MUMC to serve alongside our missional partners.
SEND - Global Impact faithfully supports (financially and spiritually) those who feel God’s call to go from MUMC to be the hands and feet of Christ. With this in mind we strive to send children, youth, young adults and adults from the church to serve in short and long-term capacities.
PRAY - Global Impact guides the congregation in praying intentionally for our mission work locally and around the world. We commit to provide regular prayer guides for those who desire to specifically pray for God’s work in the world through us and our mission partners.
PARTNER - Global Impact actively connects with missionaries, ministries and organizations that are Christ centered and involved in efforts that alleviate poverty, empower & equip, support children and families, combat addiction and serve the disability community.
