Massage can be a powerful tool to help you take charge of your health and well-being” -The Mayo Clinic. Massage benefits can include Reducing stress, pain, muscle soreness and tension. Increasing relaxation, energy and alertness while improving circulation and immune function.

Fun Fitness is all about celebrating how your body can move. In this session Gabriella will share the many benefits of exercise with a brief lecture then guide us through a low-impact workout, engaging the whole body in movement. All movements will have options to level up or down. The session will conclude with a 5-minute relaxation for the body to celebrate what is has accomplished!

Music therapy has the potential to positively impact virtually every population. Music Therapy can reduce anxiety, depression and stress while promoting feelings of safety, security and resilience. Music therapy provides a great opportunity to improve self-esteem, sense of identity, as well as emotional regulation and processing.
