Providing a space for creative exploration and experimentation, regardless of your artistic abilities. The very act of creating visual representations can help you remember and process information more effectively.
Accessible and sustainable movement and mindfulness practices without intimidation with Workplace Yoga and Breathwork. After our embodied practice, we'll settle into deep relaxation with a soothing Sound Bath, allowing the vibrations to wash over you, clearing stagnation and inviting fresh energy into your being. Leave feeling replenished, steady, and open--ready to embrace the unfolding season with clarity and grace.
Be sure to wear comfortable clothing and bring a yoga mat if you can and want to lay down for the sound bath. Otherwise, you are welcome remain seated.
