Drop Off & Pick Up for Consignment

Step by Step Instructions for Consignor Drop-Off:

It is our hope that the drop-off process will be SO easy that you won't even need to leave your car! You DO NOT need to bring your Consignor Contract with you to drop-off; we will verify your information in the drop-off drive through line. Please bring a bin clearly labeled with your seller number if you plan to pick up unsold items following the sale.

Step 1: Select a Drop-Off Time
To ensure drop-off goes as smoothly as possible, all Consignors must choose a slot from the available times (on the same homepage within MyCM where you enter your items, there is a tab at the top that says "Drop Off." Click there to choose a time slot). You can do this as soon as you're registered as a Consignor.

Step 2: Organize Your Items by Type & Size
Before coming to MUMC for your scheduled drop-off time, all items must be prepped and tagged per the instructions on the "Prepare & Tagging Items" page. Additionally, please organize your items by type and size, rubber-banding together clothing items of like gender and size. For example:

  • All Girls' Size 5 clothing would be rubber-banded together
  • All Puzzles would be organized together
  • All Boys' Boutique clothing would be rubber-banded together
  • All Costumes or Swimsuits would be organized together

Step 3: Arrive to MUMC
During your pre-selected time slot, drive to MUMC and enter the parking lot through the Fullwood Road Entrance ONLY. At your first stop, you will check-in and our team will confirm that all of your information is correct.

Step 4: Large Item Drop-Off
After check-in, you will then pull through the line and stop in front of The Commons if you have large items (bikes, furniture, ride-ons, strollers, play tables or kitchens, etc). If you're not sure that your item qualifies as "large," stop and ask a volunteer! If your large item requires some assembly, we'll instruct you to pull into a parking space to do so, and then our team will help you bring it into our "large items" room.

Step 5: Other Item Drop-Off
You will then pull up in front of The Gym to drop off all of your other items. Our team of volunteers will be ready to help unload your items and take them into the church for further sorting.

If you plan to pick up unsold items following the Sale, please write your seller number in black ink on a sheet of white paper and attach it to a large bin (no lid necessary). If you are donating your unsold items, you do not need to bring a bin.

Step 6: Exit the Parking Lot
You will exit out the left side of the parking lot, leaving onto S. Trade Street ONLY. Please exit as directed to keep everyone safe and ensure that drop-off lines remain efficient.

As long as your items and vehicle are organized, the lines should move smoothly! Please keep in mind that you will approach the large-item drop off first, so you may wish to put those in your car last for easy unloading. If you need to make multiple trips to the church to drop off your items, just pull back through the line in the same order. When you get to the front of the line, you can proceed to whichever station you need—they will be clearly marked and volunteers will be available for help at every station. Please note that this process will proceed as planned even in the event of inclement weather; we will have tents to protect your items from the rain if need be.
