REGISTER To Be A Consignor

Registration is now open! Spots are limited, so registration is first-come, first-serve. Once all spots are filled, the registration form will function as a waitlist for any persons interested in Consigning at the upcoming Sale.

My Consignment Manager (MyCM) is the platform we are using for both Consignors and Consigning Volunteers.

If you have been a Consignor or Volunteer in one of our previous Reduce, Reuse, Consign Sales, or with any sale that uses MyCM, you will be prompted to enter your username and password. If you are new to the MyCM platform, simply create an account to proceed.

A confirmation email will ensure that you are a Consignor. After you pay the non-refundable registration fee, the MyCM portal will then allow you to enter items for sale (instructions below)! Please be sure to have at least five items entered by Monday, October 27 at 8PM, or your Consignor spot and fee will be forfeited. As a confirmed Consignor, you will receive email reminders about this date to ensure you don't miss out on the fun! Consignors can also sign up for volunteer slots on MyCM, which will increase your take-home rate from 65% to 70%. Additionally, volunteers earn the right to shop early!

Important Consignor Dates:

Monday, October 6, | 5PM - Registration open for Consignors & Volunteers.

Monday, October 27 | 8PM - All Consignors who have not entered five items into the MyCM platform will forfeit their spots. Open spots will then be filled by those on the waitlist, who will be notified by no later than Wednesday, October 29.

Monday, November 10 | 7AM - Volunteer registration closes. If you're still interested in volunteering after this date, please contact us. 

Tuesday, November 11 | 7AM - Online item-entry closes. After this time, Consignors will only be able to view and print tags–no additional items may be entered for sale.

Thursday, November 13 | 8AM - 6PM - Consignors arrive at MUMC at your scheduled "check-in" time to drop off items for sale. Please visit the Drop Off section of our website for more detailed instructions.

Friday, November 14 - Consignors & Volunteers Shop!
1:30PM - 8PM | Consignors (and Volunteers) with two or more volunteer shifts can shop
2:30PM - 8PM | Consignors (and Volunteers) with one volunteer shift can shop
3:30PM - 8PM | All Consignors (and Volunteers) can shop

Saturday, November 15 | 5PM - 5:30PM - All unsold items not designated for donation must be picked up by Consignors. All items not picked up by 6PM will be donated to Matthews UMC Mission partners. There are NO EXCEPTIONS to this.

*Please note that early entry to the sale is only applicable for each Consignor and their spouse and/or children under 18. Anyone wishing to gain access to the pre-sale will be required to purchase a pass and will not be allowed entry into the sale until doors open to the public at 4PM.
