2025 Brunch Highlights
On March 29, 2025, Instagram Pastor Kristin Mockler Young led us in a time of meaningful conversation, reminding us not to let societal expectations or other's opinions of you define your life or identity. We are not limited to the person of our past, but we are allowed to mature and change throughout our years to be the woman God calls us to be. The event included fun games & activities, amazing food, connections, a keepsake gift, and a chance to meet Women Business owners and shop at their vendor tables.
2024 Event Highlights
At the It's A Party Women's Brunch on Saturday, April 20, 2024 over 130 women gathered to celebrate and embrace their confidence and purpose. They were inspired by a powerful message from April Diaz and savored delectable food lovingly prepared by the United Methodist Men (UMM) group. The men's preparation and sharing of their talents greatly benefited the ladies in attendance and everyone had a wonderful, fun experience!
2023 Event Highlights
Our "Invitation to Peace" Women's Retreat held in March 2023 with 49 women in attendance who learned about peaceful heroes, inner peace and peace with others. They now have a "toolbox" of resources on how to be better peacemakers. A couple of the comments on the retreat were "It was the best retreat I have been on.", "Such a timely and needed topic." and "Had time to interact and meet new women and share with friends not often seen." Participants also had the opportunity to walk a Prayer Labyrinth in the Gym and were blessed by this "loving, caring, accepting group of women."
