How can I give online?
Give online here through our Realm secure member platform. You may also access Realm from your smartphone via the Realm Connect app.
Can I view my giving history?
Sure! You can view your contribution record by logging into your Realm account.
Is it safe to give online?
Yes, it is very safe. The online giving link (above) connects you with our online giving provider, Vanco Services. Vanco is dedicated to protecting the personal information and privacy, security and confidentiality of its clients.
What types of accounts can I give from?
You can give online from your checking, savings account, debit or credit card.
Are there any fees involved with online giving?
Should you choose to make a donation to Matthews UMC online, the Church will incur a processing fee. If you would like to cover the processing fee, please select the check box in the payment options.
Can I make one-time contributions and/or set up a recurring gift?
Yes. The system allows you the option of either making a one-time contribution or setting up a recurring contribution that is scheduled to process at a frequency you choose.
Once I set it up, can I change my personal information or adjust the amount or frequency of the gift?
Yes, you can change or cancel your contributions at any time before the date of your next contribution.
