Suicide Prevention Workshop

Suicide Prevention Workshop
How to recognize warning signs & support someone in crisis.
Wednesday, September 10 from 7:00-8:30 PM in Room 158

Suicide can feel like an unspeakable topic, but talking about it can save lives. Listening without judgment, showing compassion, and connecting with professional help can make all the difference. If you or someone you care about is struggling, know this: you are not alone, and help is available. Mental health challenges can feel overwhelming, but they are treatable. There is no shame in needing support and reaching out is a courageous step toward healing.

If you’re in crisis or concerned for someone else, call or text 988, the free confidential Suicide & Crisis Lifeline–available 24/7. OR text the Crisis Text Line by messaging “HOME” to 741741.

Event open to ALL and a safe space for learning & sharing.
