Mission Trip: September 9-18 – Interest Form

Since 2021, Zoe Empowers has been one of our Global Impact international partners. This incredible nonprofit has been transforming lives in East African countries like Kenya, Zimbabwe, Malawi, and more.

Zoe Empowers works with vulnerable youth and their families impacted by the global orphan crisis. Through a three-year, locally-led program, participants become safe and healthy, skilled for long-term success, and able to lead meaningful lives within a supportive community. Since 2007, Zoe Empowers has empowered over 214,953 young people!

Last year, several members of Matthews UMC had the privilege of traveling to Kenya to witness firsthand the profound impact of Zoe Empowers. (Watch the follow up Info Session below.) This September 2025, we are excited to extend this opportunity to our entire church community again. Imagine experiencing how Zoe Empowers is changing lives socially, economically, and spiritually, right before your eyes!
